Just as the subconscious controls involuntary functions such as breathing, it will control voluntary habits that you develop just as effectively so that you don't have to think about them, such as eating, driving, washing dishes, working, and even bad habits such as smoking, nail biting, etc.

Since Law of attraction principles suggest that what we think AND feel with our minds creates the vibrational energy that the Universe responds to, then hypnosis can play a critical role in helping us access and program the emotional, imaginative area of our brain to align with our thoughts.



What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a trance-like state in which a person becomes more aware and focused and is more open to suggestion. In this state, through the guidance of the hypnotist or self, the person is relaxed, feels uninhibited, and is highly suggestible.

Through this technique, the hypnotist is able to access the subconscious portion of the brain directly. This is extremely valuable for the student of Law of Attraction, since the subconscious is the mechanism that controls emotions, and emotions are the "power" of attractive energy.

Through this process, the individual and/or the hypnotist can connect with negative or self defeating emotions around various issues and past experiences and clear them from the mind using various suggestion techniques.

The study of hypnosis has come along way over the last 200 years from the dangling stop watch and entertaining stage shows. While it is still considered to be controversial from a scientific perspective, it is widely used by coaches, trainers, psychologists and therapist due to the positive results gained by people who seek its benefits - which are reportedly increased control over emotions and reactions to circumstances and events and a significant positive impact through behavior modification.
