NLP Techniques for Law of Attraction
Get R Done!

NLP techniques can be extremely valuable to assist you in applying the Law of Attraction. Why?

Because it works with the connection of language and behavior, to thought patterns and emotions.

When we are able to intentionally produce positive feelings and behaviors about what we wish to become or attract, we can get there much faster.

If we look at the term, we can understand the basic premise of its technique. NLP represents three main ideas: "Neuro" (related to the mind & body connection), "Linguistic" (related to language) and "Programming" (related to perception and suggestion).

NLP explains that each person has a unique perception of the world which is filtered through their experiences, beliefs, values and assumptions. These perceptions create what we consider to be our "reality" or "map" of the world and in turn produce certain feelings and emotions.

The foundation of NLP was built by studying the maps of highly successful people and duplicating these maps using various techniques into other people's consciousness to improve functioning.

This mapping technique can also be duplicated from one successful area of a person's life to an area that is not so successful.

What Methods Does NLP Use?

NLP is considered to be a compilation of many different behavioral fields, including hypnotherapy, psychiatry, and anthropology.

It involves a myriad of methods. Of these, the ones most beneficial to someone like you and me wishing to apply the Law of Attraction are as follows: Modeling, the Meta Model, preferred representational systems, and submodalities.

The goal of Modeling is to have the "modeler" adopt the specific beliefs and behaviors of the master. When the modeler is capable of reproducing the behavior and language of the one being modeled (mastery), the modeler will install a new belief system that integrates the beliefs of the master.

The Meta Model explores a person's "map" of the world and challenges specific statements made regarding a situation to help the person acknowledge limiting beliefs expressed through language and to therefore remove them.

Preferred Representational Systems represent the preferred sensory mode that a person tends to process reality (sight, touch, sound).

Once the preferred modality is determined by the person's language, the therapist can more effectively communicate with that person using their "modality" and encourage the person to use other modes of sensory capabilities to experience "reality" in new ways.

For example, saying "I feel" indicates the person processes more kinesthetically, while saying "I see" more frequently indicates a predominant visual processing.

Submodalities represent the "sub" sensorial experiences. For instance, within sound, there is tone, volume, rhythm. Within sight, there is clarity, color, brightness, etc.

In NLP, the goal of using submodalities is to alter the internal map of the individual by manipulating the finer aspects of the vision of it, which in turn alters the associated feelings about it. This method incorporates visualization and hypnosis and is used to heal certain addictions and phobias.
